Located within the premise of Sofitel Kuala Lumpur, So Spa by Sofitel adopts an immaculate palette of rich creamy whites and hues of dusty blue. Enchanted by soft clouds, the interior space is elaborated with an alluring softness through imaginative use of textures, materials and lighting. The blend of neutrals and rose gold tones highlight the flicker of sunlight piercing through the voluminous fluffy clouds. Softened light that permeates subtly accentuates every curvature and shape within the internal spaces.

Like clouds, a seamless passage moves beautifully with the soft edges of curved glass, organic furniture and sculptural wall panels. Carefully selected furniture pieces and bespoke counters designed to curve elegantly within the internal layout romanticise the spatial experience. The design language is fluid and effortless.

As a whole, the interior identifies with lightness, calming atmosphere and an ethereal sensation. Consumed by a graceful demeanour, the finishing touches are art pieces that are inspired by French Chinese couturier, Yiqing Yin’s free-formed sculptural designs. The sculptures are detailed with gentle folds and flows of sheer fabric in layers that ultimately depict the joy of being on cloud nine.
