Urban interpretation of garden nature determined the ambience of public spaces at MK28 condominium development.
Entrance drop off and the grand lift lobby were built in organic inspired elements. The shape of cocoon defined the translucent protective casing composed of multiple layers that plays together with sculptural seating and massive planters. The daylight is provided by 6 skylights, which at night are turned into pendant features. Garden feel is further enhanced by the wall and column cladding, that resembles the look of the tree trunk. To achieve more intimate atmosphere the woven screens separate the lobby from the pool area, while the final organic touch comes from the feature sculpture – lotus flowers manufactured by renown Royal Selangor, the Malaysian brand icon.
The development includes as well the design of club house with wellness zone, BBQ & party area, yoga platform, gym, entertainment room, multipurpose room and social & game room.
